By submitting a quote request or engaging with Precision Studio, you agree to our use of the information you provide (such as your name, email, shipping address, and model details) to respond to your inquiry, manage your commission, and coordinate payment and delivery. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for shipping or service fulfillment. All commissions require a deposit to begin, with the balance due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Completion times vary and will be communicated upfront. All models are shipped securely using standard protection methods, but we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. We reserve the right to share completed project photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
