2. Confirm the Specifics: We’ll finalize all the details—what’s being painted, the color schemes, and any extra requests—so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
3. Secure Your Spot: Once your invoice is signed, your project is officially locked in. No surprises, no delays—just professional painting, handled with precision.
4. Let the Magic Happen: This is where we do what we do best. Your miniatures are painted to Precision Tabletop+ standards, sealed for durability, and quality-checked for consistency.
5. Trust the Journey: We take shipping seriously. Your miniatures are packed with industry-standard protection, ensuring they arrive safely, ready for battle.

After I place an order, how long will it take to receive my order?
The turnaround time varies based on the box set size and our current order volume. Typically, individual projects can take between 2 to 5 business days from start to finish, We’ll provide a detailed timeline estimate during the ordering process.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time as we focus on domestic orders.
What happens if my miniatures get damaged during shipping?
We take a quality and prevention approach to shipping, using industry-standard packing techniques to protect your miniatures. In the unlikely event that your miniature arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Will I receive the box contents with my completed miniatures?
Yes! The box contents (box, rulebooks, unused transfers, tokens, etc.) will be provided with your completed miniatures. We'll happily rehome them if needed as well.
Pricing and Payment
We provide transparent pricing estimates with your quotes. All costs (assembly, painting, shipping, etc.) are included in one total price. Once the commission details have been set and a price agreed upon, 50% of the price will be required to start the project and is nonrefundable. The last 50% of the price as well as the shipping estimate will be required once the project is complete to initiate delivery.
Commissions can be canceled for a full refund if requested before work begins. After the project starts, partial refunds are available based on progress made. Completed projects are non-refundable.
