You set your own schedule and capacity. Our average painter earns more per project than traditional studio rates. Some painters treat this as side income ($500-1500/month), others paint full-time. Your ceiling is up to you. Payouts are clearly listed for each project before you claim it.

We provide comprehensive SOPs, training, and support to minimize issues. Quality problems are rare. If something goes wrong, we work with you to fix it. Our system includes milestone check-ins so problems are caught early, not at delivery. We want you to succeed.

Yes! We don't own your time or existing clients. You're free to take outside commission work. However, any client who finds you through our marketing, website, or network must be processed through Precision Studios. This protects the network and ensures quality standards.

You'll need standard miniature painting supplies: paints (Citadel, Vallejo, Army Painter, etc.), brushes, primer, varnish, and a dedicated painting space. You should have the tools to assemble miniatures (clippers, glue, files). We don't provide supplies—you're an independent contractor using your own materials.

Direct deposit or PayPal (your choice). You get a percentage of the project upfront to cover supplies and any other needs. Final payment is released once the client approves the final work and the project is marked complete. No invoicing, no chasing, no awkward conversations. Money simply appears in your account on the agreed schedule.

Payouts are clearly displayed for each project. You see exactly what you'll earn before claiming a job. We handle all client acquisition, sales, customer service, platform costs, and logistics. Most painters find they earn MORE per hour with us than running their own commission business due to zero admin time and steady workflow.

You're not "assigned" projects. We use our MiniatureMatch™ system to present you projects. Projects are matched by skill level, location, and specialty. Higher-tier painters get early access to premium projects. You're always in control of your workload.

Absolutely. You have complete control. Don't like painting Orks? Skip those projects. Only want to paint Space Marines? Focus on those. Prefer batch painting troops over character models? Choose accordingly. You decide what you paint and when.

Comprehensive support: detailed SOPs for every project type, video training library, custom studio dashboard for tracking projects, automated milestone system, direct support channel (email/Discord), community of fellow painters, shipping/logistics guidance, and ongoing quality feedback to help you improve and advance tiers.

We review applications within 3 business days. If approved, you'll receive your onboarding package with necessary documents, access to training materials, and can start being matched to projects immediately. If not approved, you can reapply after 90 days with an improved portfolio.

No minimum commitment. Take 1 project a month or 20. Go on vacation without asking permission. This is true flexibility. However, if you claim a project, you commit to completing it on time and to quality standards. Don't claim what you can't deliver.
